PLACING ORDERS

To place your order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your basket before completing your order.

To complete your order you must go through the online purchasing procedure and accept payment, clicking on the option for confirming your card data. Then, you will receive an email from us confirming  the acceptance of the order.

Poupée will supply the products subject to their availability. That means that if the products are available, you will receive an automatic email providing information regarding all the stages in preparation of your order.

However, if any of the products included in the order is not available, Poupée will proceed to refund the amount you have paid for the unavailable product.

In case you want to cancel your order you must contact us at [email protected] or +30 210 9214138 as soon as possible. If you order has already been shipped it is not possible to cancel it.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

The payment methods we accept are : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro with Credit Card.

All our prices are in euro (€) and include the according VAT. Poupée reserves the right to modify these at any time.

The customer is responsible for the delivery cost which appears while the order is being placed and is invoiced on completion of the order and added to the price of the items selected.

Please note that international shipments outside the European Union, might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These are charges that we cannot control or predict, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.

Apart from the tax you might be also charged for the customs procedures.

In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Poupée reserves the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

European Union: 14€

Rest of Europe: 17€

USA/Canada: 17€

Rest of the World: 27€

We dispatch all orders within 1-3 days from Monday to Friday except for sale and peak periods where this may take longer. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, Poupée will inform you via email as soon as possible.

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicate to us when placing your order.

Delivery times mentioned on the website are indicative only and may be varied.

Shipping throughout Greece is handled by Speedex.

Shipping abroad is handled by DHL. Charges differ according to the destination country, size and weight of the package.

If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.

As soon as the order is delivered, the customer should check the items and if the products have sustained any damage or do not correspond to your order, you must indicate the fault on the same day or at the latest one business day after receiving your order. Any request made outside this time limit will not be accepted and will discharge Poupée from any liability towards the customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In case you want to return a product you must contact us via email to [email protected], so we can give you the information and documents required to go through with the return.

In this case you are responsible for the return  shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At the date of receiving your package, you have 14 calendar days to return it.

We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

However, in the event of this being a return due to an error, a faulty product or the fault of Poupée, this return will not entail any additional cost for you.

Poupée will not make any change or not accept the return of any products if the item has been used, washed, or not labeled, or has undergone some damage, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.

The refund will be made as soon as possible,30 days at the latest from the reception of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. Also note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have, will not be refunded by Poupée.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

In case of payments by credit card, refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card through ALPHA BANK.
